I'm in my mid 20's. If the house is located near a college, I'll say I'm a grad student and will be getting roomates. I don't know if this is a good excuse if the house is located across town from the campus when there's better options available. I could say, "yeah, I want this house because its located next to ___(such and such place)____." But that would mean I Rating: 5
