Renting a house for a large grow op

Hey what's up everyone,

I need an excuse to tell the property management company for my need to rent a 3 bedroom house. I'm in my mid 20's.

If the house is located near a college, I'll say I'm a grad student and will be getting roomates. I don't know if this is a good excuse if the house is located across town from the campus when there's better options available.

I could say, "yeah, I want this house because its located next to ___(such and such place)____." But that would mean I would be limited to choosing a place near "such and such place" when dealing with that property managment company.

If I'm making this overly complicated please help me.

By the way, I'll be using an unknowing co-signer for this (I wouldn't meet the income requirements to rent a home), making it all the more difficult.

Dude... the "ex-wife" excuse sounded good.

The various "roommates" excuse sounds good.

You can tell them you own your own company, and you need two rooms... one for computers, the other for the "workshop".

rentng a place for a big grow is a very delicate situation.. things will become increasingly intense as you begin to grow and harvest and sell you goods...

the most important element is a landlord that never never never comes around. you should try try to talk to somebody who has rented from the landlord before and ask them about the landlords behavior.

it is extremely nerve racking to have even the remotess possibility of a landlord coming around.

you will not need any story regarding why you want a three bedroom house. if they do ask why you need all that room, then that is a sign that they are not the right match for you.

I speak from much experience in this area.

Ginger was awesome, but Mary Anne was more homegrown. Like, I'd expect to get more out of Ginger because she's more experienced, but Mary Anne had that whole innocence thing working for her.

You know what's wierd is, the only last names mentioned on that show were the Howell's's. Supposed to be because of the general sterotypical...ness of the characters or something.
