Head shops should have "cleansing products". Be sure to read the instructions carefully. In the meantime, do NOT smoke for at least 7 days after you take the test.

The reason is that when people use those "cleansing products", there is a chance the test's results will be inconclusive, requiring you to take another piss test. From what I gather, the actual term is "Diluted" or some such thing.

Keep doing aerobic exercise and stay on a Low-Fat diet. That will help you burn off the fat which is where you are storing the THC. If nothing else, you'll drop some of those extra pounds. Heh.

That sounds like a good idea, actually; maybe I should get off my ass and start jogging as well? Hmm...

A couple of pointers abut working out, as explained to me by a personal trainer: If you are doing weight exercises, then do 15-20 minutes of walking, running or bicycling- every calorie you burn doing this after a weight routine will be fat. So, if you can burn off an extra 300-400 fat calories for another 15-20 minutes worth of exercise, why the hell not?

Also, you really shouldn't train the same muscle group more than 3 times per week. So if you are doing bench presses or curls everyday, you are going to hurt yourself and overtrain.

Overtraining sucks. It REALLY screws up your physical and mental well-being for a couple of weeks.
