need help with avatar

I tried photo bucket, i made it smaller. Cannabis.com kept saying the file was to big. Its in my avatar now, and that tiny lil dot is how big i had to get it before cannabis.com said it was small enough. ahahaha.

LOL...that happens. Besides the actual physical size if it's animated it can exceed the file size. (looked like alot of action in that one) Well, at least you can make it small.

But its too big, and i know how to resize pics but when ever i resize an animated one they stop working. Can anyone tell me how to resize? or do it for me, lol... its 120 x 120 i think.... and its gotta be 100 x 100. That sucks :( Rating: 5
