yeah, show a pic, it will help--I am currently growing about 10 varieties--the purple on the inside going to white on the out is most likely 'star of yelta'--I know it can have a tendancy to do that

Here is a pic of a new one I am growing called 'Sunrise Serenade' Ipomoaea pupurea. It is neat--the flowers, as you can see, are not at all like the standard morning glory flower, they are all frilly like. I like it a lot

Little round seed pods will develope in fall. the plant will brown and die. Wait till the pods brown and are dry and dead, not when there ripe. There will be little black seeds in the pods. a couple in each pod that develope throughout the fall. I wouldent eat them though.

What you need is cobra venom simmered in scorpions, lion meat, and gum ammoniac before the alter of the Graeco-Egyptian god Jupiter-Ammon.
