fox farm is a very good soil and nutes. the best thing to get is a water meter that determines the dryness of the soil, when it reads 3 water your plants. lets say that your gonna grow 1 plant, you can use a 150 watt cfl light, you get at lowes or home depot. you can use it or more up until its time to start flowering. you can get the lights 1-2 inches from the top of the plant. when you start your 12/12 then you should have a hps on the plant. only use water and superthrive during the 1st month. after that you want to start using the fox farm nutes, for 8-9 weeks. hydro is for your next grow , start out with the soil 1st to get that under your wings 1st. we are here to help so ask away.
