My New Bong

I got this bong for my B-day and me and a buddy were debating whether you need to put water in it or not?

I drew up a crude drawing of what i kind of looks like. There isnt really any big hole for water to enter. I took some pics of it but i need to develop them first before i put them up here if anybody would like to see.

it looks like a bubbler, so i tihnk u need to put ater in it, let a few more ppl express there opinions tho, i dont wanna be the reason ur bong fucks up, even tho im sure it wouldent, worse thing is u mite get some wet weed,

put in water and suck through it without bud and see what happens. It looks like a bubbler, which would mean water.

Yeah my only concern is that the only places to put water are through the bowl or through mouth piece, which doesnt make sense to me, because they are both tiny openings.
