I just swallowed something, help!
Orangeman, you'll be fine. Seriously, I worked as a paramedic in college and my husband is a doctor. You'll pass it through in about a day, he said. You could take a laxative if you wanted to speed things up, but it's not necessary. If for some reason it did get hung up on something--which it won't--you'd feel cramps in your gut and the pain would start to feel worse. If that happens, go to the emergency room. But seriously, this'll go through on its own. Kids have swallowed much worse and been fine. After this, take the bands out before you eat or smoke!
