Dude, You got Ocean Forest soil in those cups...and you gave them nutes...

1st NO nutes for seedlings.
2nd NO nutes for seedlings
3rd No nutes for seedlings, especially if plants are being started in Ocean Forest...(A great choice, I must say).

what kind of lights are you using?

It sounds like you have the right ideas...Just be patient, and up those lights a bit, and get a small fan blowing.

Looks like they have holes at the bottom. Not at the very bottom but very near the end..and yeah, I would heighten those lights a bit , I'm surprised they arent burnt xD...isnt that 125 watts altogether? Latewood you dont think that much wattage would burn the leaves do you? I'm not making a jester either, I'm actually asking xD.
