also, call the police from a payphone and give them his number, and say he is dealing cocaine. i guarantee if you find like 6 of your friends to call the police on him once per day, they'll check it out and find something to book him with. even if they find a dabble of coke on him, that's a fealony; revenge is sweet if you do it right.
