The clown dude is mostly right, but never snitch. If your are doing anything illegal you always take the chance of going down. If you have snitched in the past god help you. I came in to indentify Ray. The way cops do it is by sticking the suspect's picture in 5 other pictures to see if you can still tell him apart by look alikes.

Lemme tell you what Ray looks like..
He's a fat ass black male with a cesar style haircut.

None of those pictures were Ray...
ALL THE PICTURES HE SHOWED ME WERE HISPANIC KIDS!
Except for one picture that had a funny looking Asian kid.

The fuckin cops went to an innocent occupied family's home and took an innocent hispanic kid away in front of his mother and brought him in to be indentified (finger printed, picture taken, etc)
He pointed out Ray after I said none of the pictures were him and Ray is apparaently a young skinny Mexican kid with a lot of hair.

I'm literally cracking up in my mind and going nuts.

I also didn't like how a giant fucking Burger King (and a small dunkin donuts) was right next to the station. I even asked the clerks there if their customers are mostly cops and they said yes.

Even when I met the scary mean detective he said "its ok.. you can tell me" and he really didn't seem to give a shit about pot and didn't charge me or anything. Gotta love NY.

I do love N.Y. But, when I was in college, someone told me about how the State Troopers hated Pot.

Then a couple years later, a State Trooper pulled me over on a city street and said that I didn't come to a complete stop at the stop-sign. Eventually, he gave me a possession of marijuana ticket, because I had an a bowl on me. No weed.

I'd assume the detective was a city cop.

It will be very easy for them to think the Ray is only trying to take you down with him when he tells them what happened. Get a leg to stand on and stick to it. If it goes to court, things get that much harder, you'll have to lie to stand on that leg. Not something good, but its your ass and your reputation with your family to uphold over confessing that some dirt fucking scumbag convinced you to snort coke and tried to get you shrooms.

Delete all your cookies on your computer, too. If things escalate to a certain point and you're a young kid that spends some time on a PC, the cops can get your parents to understand that there could be vital truths on your PC that they need to see. It happed to a teenager I used to help get high because noone else hung out with him and he was always depressed staring at the road so I get him high one day, and he sends me a lot of emails teling me how much he loves pot and me for getting him high and stuff, then he cuts his wrists or something, and only by my ISPs good graces was my information givien to police when they searched his pc and found emails from me talking to him about drugs and stuff. I was warned that they tried to push them into giving them my personal information, but a no disclosure agreement saved me, even from the law man. Anyway, make sure your PC is clean, because its something they could try to drag into the situation if it goes into your word against his and they don't know who to buy it from.

THEY CAUGHT RAY!

We called a phone company and found his father's number linked to his cell phone. We then traced his father's number and got an address. The police went and found that Ray lives there.
We now have Ray's social security number, date of birth (turns out he lied about his age), and more.
My dad is suing him and taking him to civil court and the detective said I don't even have to show up.
BUT
I have to tell my story and sign it.

Whatever happens, happens.. I'm so sick of seeing my dad go crazy over this situation that I'm willing to get in any trouble just as long as Ray is caught.
My father has been going insane (he's manic/bypolar) and started becoming addicted to alcohol and scared my family with his vast yelling everyday.
But today he is at peace and it seems like the family is happy again.

I regret losing face and looking scared by posting this thread.

Ray is caught and fucked. My dad is happy, and I think things are finally going to be back to normal like how it was a year ago before shit go so fucked up.

well Ray, never showed up at the station as he was told so it made him a wanted man.

But the moron got caught smoking a blunt right out in the streets last night and he was thrown in a junky truck where junkies would piss and shit on the floor.

Today I had to come to identify him at a line uip and I pointed him out.

I have to go to court and explain everything that happened so that's gonna be weird.
