First off, find out as much info as possible before trying something new.

It takes a LOT of seeds(and it helps that they are grinded up)

Also there is other chemicals or whatever that can make you sick. Just read about it, and go from there.

also, make sure your seeds dont have a poison coating

I grow my own glories and harvest the seeds. that way no other chems are involved. I think it was somewhere around 500 seeds give or take for a full trip but I dont remember
