Look up thermite...thats the shit that will do this...pretty east to procure too...just have to rust some nails, or you can buy it because its a pretty common welding material...probaly easier to get then magnesium...It can easily be used to burn through an engine block...st a container full on the hood light a fuse and run off as it ignites and melts a whole all the way through the engine.
