GG, what would you say might be the decrease in yield, ballpark due to that situation? I think its a herm also. How should he remove the pollen sacks (prob. clean cut with a blade?) or just yank them things off?

First I thought it was a male because it looks like it hasl little nuts, but then a few days later it started sprouting the little white hairs at the top, So Im not sure what it is. here are some pics of it, you can click on the pic once opened to zoom in on it.
