well i wouldn't jump right in the ferts so soon. ya never want to ad ferts to a stressed plant. if i was going to add anything it'd be a bit of super-thrive to help with any stress the plant may be having.

if they were mine i'd put them under a humidty dome and keep them spritzed with a spray bottle without watering the soil...which should be kept moist, never soaked, never dry at this stage. i would open the dome 2-3 times/day for 20-30 minutes and spray water (i use distilled water but some debate the neccessity) liberally. i do this until rooting is well under way then move them slowly under the big lights or sun over 10 days or so while they acclimate, whichever way you're growing. while waiting for the roots i use flouro's only, along with the distilled water...but that's just how i do it.
