I've passed using Ultimate De-tox by Spectrum Labs and Strip 32.oz by Covert Labs.I've heard good and bad about drinks,but for me,they worked.

My husband told me that the NFL has been cracking down because players use them too.There was an article out there somewhere;I'm sure it can be Googled.

They all essentially have the same ingredients: massive doses of creatine,B vitamins. Sure,you can make a do-it-yourself version,but the liquid is easier for me than consuming pills.
