glowing bong...will this work?
so i had an idea, i don't know if it will work but i think it would be pretty cool, so if someone can tell me if this will work i will very much apreciate it...
is there some way i can make the water in my bong glow under a blacklight? i was thinking of putting highlighter fluid or the liquid from glowsticks in but i don't know if thats really safe or anything, i dont know why it wouldnt be but you never know. can i do that, and is there another, easier way to do it? do they sell stuff to make water glow in blacklight or anything?

Got this from google:
Club Soda or Tonic Water
The bitter flavoring of tonic water is due to the presence of quinine, which glows blue-white when placed under a black light.

sprite would work too, but that probably glows for the same reason as club soda, and club soda wouldn't make the inside of your bong all stickyicky

or u can put a led(light emitting diode) under it and the light will light up the water.

i'd say this is the safest yet... wouldn't glow with the blacklight, but who the hell needs a black light when your bong is a light of it's own.

i used to paint my acylic bongs with Tulip Flourescent Hobby Paint... or for short, puffy-paint.. i know you've seen it before (maybe not the blacklight reactive kind) girls in junior high and high school paint on their backpacks wtih it all the time.... anyways, yea those can add a nice personal touch to your bong..

go to unitednuclear.com and they have powders and paints that are really bright when they glow. i would NOT recommend putting anything extra in the water because then you're inhaling the fumes from whatever u put in there, like be sure not to put magic marker ink in there, it will make u stupid because all of your braincells will die.

You just gave me an idea. All you gotta do is find a waterproof LED unit, like maybe one from a barbell for a tongue piercing. Drop that fucker, or fuckers if you have more than one, right into the water and watch it swirl around when you take bong rips. That would be badass.
