Just when I thought it was over

I just got off drug tests for probation a month ago for a charge down in Texas where I used to live. Sadly tonight I had another court date for another charge, actually the 3rd court date cause the prosecutor kept giving horrible offers and my attorney did all sorts of legal stuff. I thought I was home free and could smoke freely from now on only to find out that I have drug tests ever 2 weeks for 9 months and 1 every month for 6 months after that.

those drug charges must suck. Is it because it was in texas and they have real strict laws down there? If you don't mind me asking what drugs were the original charge against you for?

Well, I live in Missouri now and I had a charge from down in Texas. I live in Missouri now and the problem is I got caught in a really small town going to a friend's lake house so the prosecutor is trying to just really screw me for some odd reason. The thing is too I only had a bowl and a 1/4 in the car. It is just ridiculous.

I'm sorry to hear about that, bro.. I hope the best for you. Personally, I've only had one run-in with the law regarding cannabis, and I was lucky as hell that they let me go with a warning.


What is everyone's problem with weed?? Why can't we just smoke in peace? It's no more dangerous than alcohol.

Drug tests are the scourge of the universe. So many of my good friends go to private schools and are scared shitless of smoking dope because of the random tests. Fuck the bastards. Smoke on! Fight for your right!!

Back when I was in high school, which was a public school, they had "random" drug tests. But I don't they were very random or covered everyone b/c I was never tested. And I was one of the people who was supposed to be tested, not that I'm bitching. Oh, and natureboyliam are you a wrestling fan?

rnf232s.. that really sucks. I'm glad I live in Minnesota if I was ever caught with just 7 grams I'd pay a fine and that be the end of it, but I have never been caught and don't intend to ever be caugt. But my friends got caught and they had about 1/8 between all four of them. They just got it taken away, and the cop told him he shouldn't be driving around with all the paraphinalia in his car but he didn't even confinscate any of that.
