Actually, if you're under 18 schools are notoriously "Constitution-Free Zones." There are a lot of unconstitutional things that go down in schools.

For example, EVERYONE is protected by the fourth amendment. It protects you and your posessions from search or seizure without warrant AFFIRMED by a lawful court.

On that note, at my old high school they would instantly suspend you for not consenting to a drug test. A security gaurd once plucked a student's hair without him knowing it and had the sample tested. When they tried to expell him for drug use his father threatened to sue the school for tampering with medical records (or something along those lines). Both parties dropped their respective sides of the case IIRC.
