Hey everybody. yeah ive had this happen to me several times. During the school year i usually try to limit my smoking to the weekend as i need my memory. Well i decided to smoke all last week so up until last sunday i had smoked for 11 days in a row i think. Now before october or so, i went about three or four months smoking every day. But the past three days since i have stopped smoking i have felt just absolutely drained i guess to say. Its like when i look for energy inside myself i just cant find it and somewhat feel like passing out. I beleive and am pretty sure these are withdrawel symptoms and I was just wondering if anybody knows anything about this, or any rememdies to say i guess.

    Thanks

I know what your talking about, my remedies would be this:

drink recommended amount of water per day-8 to 10 servings(lets drink more though) and do alot of push-ups, lol hope that helps.

Do you have allergies? In addition to (or instead of) the standard sneezing, stuffy nose and itchy eyes, allergies can make you feel really tired. Spring is a bad time for allergies and I know I have definitely been dragging the last few weeks.
