Trimmings.I have a pretty small amount of hash trimmings that I'd like to store until I get a decent amount saved up.

I have a few questions on the subject I'd like to ask

Which container would be best to store the trimmings in?

Should I dry the trimmings before storing them?

What's the best way to dry your trimmings?

Where is the best place to store your trimmings for future usage?

Thanks in advance :stoned:The Grim Reefer Reviewed by The Grim Reefer on . Trimmings. I have a pretty small amount of hash trimmings that I'd like to store until I get a decent amount saved up. Trimmings.Hey, Grim, I dry my trimmings in a paper bag, then treat them like I'm doing a lazy cure. I have a large Tupperware container that I put them in after drying, then bring them out once a day and toss 'em around for a couple of weeks. Then they go in a cool, dark closet. (My buds get moved around twice a day for at least a month and are in smaller containers.)

Nobody ever told me what to do and I never asked...it just seemed like common sense to avoid mold and treat the existing THC well.

Thanks for the reply. I had heard that plastic altered the taste of the leaves, so I wasn't sure if an airtight container was needed. I have a little cedar box I'm tempted to use, but I wasn't sure if the atmosphere inside of the box would degrade the THC
I just like to know the optimal conditions for everything, and that's why I ask.
I actually have a glass jar I'll use to "cure" the trimmings after I dry them.

I don't have any paper bags laying around, I'll have to wait to get to the store later on.

 Thanks again!

Trimmings. Please don't take this as being arrogant! I don't understand why all the trouble is taken to make hash, etc. On my first grow I kept all the leaves and found they give a nice buzz using my vaporizer. The poor taste wasn't bad that way either. I'm giving my old vaporizer to a friend and getting the "Volcano" next month! That's a big investment, but holy cow talk about something that will blow your socks off :stoned:

Trimmings. No prob...my buds are cured in glass jars, but I think---without looking---my Tupperware is rubber. Maybe it's a Rubbermaid....

 Hehehehehehe, Rubbermaid....

After following Harddon's Hash Oil recipe, rubber was the last thing I tasted. It pretty much just turned a room full of fairly normal people into zombies. Taste wasn't an issue.

 Good luck!

Trimmings.I was planning on following the same recipe, ski! How did it turn out? Did you cook it outside?

Lady - I would gladly get a vape if I had the money for it right now, trust me. I've heard nothing but good about them. However, I'll probably wait until I finish the rest of my plants and use those trimmings with my current trimmings and make oil

 Volcano? I'm jealous!

Trimmings. One of the benefits to making hash oil is that girls on this MB will email you pics of their boobs for a sample. Originally Posted by Lady Vapor Originally Posted by Lady Vapor

Do people sometimes call you arrogant, LV? That exclamation point in your denial might just be a little arrogant

Trimmings.I started out on my deck...then took a good look around...and moved it about 30 feet from my house. Originally Posted by The Grim Reefer Originally Posted by The Grim Reefer
