I've not really done many combinations so cant say but I imagine something like PCP and acid or valium and acid would be bad.
Or candyflipping (acid & E) but when the E wears off it must be SO bad

Worst drug combo ever. 4:30- Chewed 1 oxycontin 40mg 5:00- smoked 2 blunts of cali orange 6-7..- smoked half a pack of marlboro menthols No food all day, outside in 90 degrees weather all day leads too me throwing up 3 times in my backyard. Pills suk. Rating: 5
