Hi Torag, I havent posted for a year and I wanted to wake you up,
I want to write a proposal to the government, and i thought this group of people could help me out. if not well, i will leave again..peace..

I think it is time for someone to debate Mr. Bill orally on the benefits of smoking weed, its good for me and I think it should be good for everyone. Why, Bill, are you allowed to spout off your point of view, for an hour everyday and when someone like me shows up you treat us as if we where some kind of crack-pot, whom know one should listen too. We are only asking â??we the peopleâ?� want to speak, for twenty minutes, we will lay out our defense in one compete document similar to how the original declaration of independence was writtenâ?¦on hemp, huh go figure, Billâ?¦..

First, I am writing this journal or argument, while under the influence of a biological product produced naturally in most all areas of the earth, a biological plant whose existence has been on the planet as long as recorded times, it has been used as a medicine for most of the time humanity has been on the planet, (as long as you wish to debate), it has clothed people provided shelter, food, medicine, ropes, and the millions of yards of hemp, the united states demanded was grown during world war two, it has never been proven to kill humans, is one of the few products that when left alone will flourish and cover the planet if it was allowed to grow.

Cost; The most used argument against the complete legalization on all levels by the us government, is that it will cost billions of dollars,

Our argument, is that it is already costing you billions and your side is not winning the war, as in all conflicts, one side needs to raise the white flag, so to speak, the world has spent billions of dollars on illegal drug operations defoliated the planet, adding to the greenhouse gas problem, incarcerated hundreds of millions of humans, injured and killed millions in an attempt to stop people from exercising the one God given right, and that right is the control over ones body!! What goes on it, or not, what food to eat, and what beverage to drink, to when to sleep and when to work, what to wear, and for that matter what too call personal happiness, and this money could have been used to save the people in all the wars of the last 40 years combined. We donâ??t want a government agency of any kind spending time and tax dollars on one item. Only, one item, and that is the complete legalization of marijuana plant products. So you would not spend money on this activity the government could keep good on some of its other programs you are always complaining about, like, how much money the democrats spend one day and then praise the GDbush organization for buying over 409 billion dollars worth of military hardware this year alone, just think how many more weapons you could buy without fighting simple farmers.

Addiction; Government ascertains that some people might become addicted to a substance and then do harmful things to themselves, or to society, by expanding their personal level of happiness to a point where the intersection of happiness on one persons side doesnâ??t enter the personal space of someone else. They claim the drug addict will become a different person, aperson whos current state of excistence has become the state that, society at large has learned to fear, as it may do harm, similar to how we are afraid of things we donâ??t understand.

Our point,

People, who use the Marijuana plant, use it for many reasons, but we all feel good when we do, some of us are not in pain, either mentally or physically, some of us are in extreme pain and it helps us cope with life, some of us, need it a little and some of us need it more, some to remember and some to forget, it helps us concentrate to accomplish things, like great paintings, and great music and great books, all the good things that some people bring to the world is good for the whole world. WE enjoy the place the marijuana plant takes us, and we just want to be ignored by the rest of you as people who are doing all the wrong things. The other side of war has us amongst them, we are everywhere, in your churches, in your places of employment, we are at every level of society, we are not the addicts that you think we will become, we are just like you and your college, rust limheart, the poor man, was addicted to heavy duty, man made chemicals, and he was on a path to death. We are the interns in the white house, the interns at the hospitals, we are on the news we are everywhere.

You guys dont smoke pot to relieve pain..you guys smoke pot to get high.

The medical marijuana excuse people are throwing out there is hurting the legalization effort, instead of helping it.

When you scream it helps people with pain, and the non smokers see all over the news that 90% of the peolpe saying they smoke it for that reason has absolutely no medical condition...it makes you look like liars just after a high.

MTv did a lil episode on the medical marijuana club spots over in California, and they found 9-10 people sitting there with their "doctors notes" were faking it.

All the more reason to legalize it!! I smoke weed for relaxation and spiritual purposes. If I'm in pain, I will use it for that too.

Yes there are people who need cannabis for medical reasons, and there will be people who will try to take advantage of the law and fake it. A big problem too is providers. These people are generally in it just for the money because most "Compassion" Clubs charge the same, if not more of the street price for cannabis!! Thats plain ridiculous!! I would give it to them for free!! It seems these people are not compassionate, but greedy SOB's!

But it should be totally legal anyway to use cannabis.
