You should exchange all the air (volume) in your room every 5 minutes... unless you're running a/c... and CO2...

Are you going to have an a/c in there?

Just compute the room's volume, and have a fan that will pump that every 5 minutes.

I'm getting ready to start my first grow, and I'm trying to get everything planned to a T so I can get the room set up and just focus on the plants.
