The Australian Wheat Board issues an apology for paying kickbacks worth 1.8 billion dollars to Saddam during U.N. Sanctions..this was done at the same time that Australian Troops were trying to enforce the sanctions that the U.N. had imposed. If this were America..would an apology suffice? Its very tiresome seeing America and Our President taking what they are and secrets like this just now come out on another Country? I don't get it...again.
