Yes ONE plant is drooping, the other two are very healthy looking. I have never done this before so I'm guessing they are flowering. Buds are starting to form. I'm sorry if I sound like an idiot. I will attach pictures.
The temp should be fine, it never gets above 72, and I'm using Cfls (I know I should probably be using HPS, but we can't afford them at this time)
I water all three plants the same at the same time, so I don't think that I overwatered it.
I might have given her too much fert. I had one half gallon with twice the amount of recommended fert in it. I didn't mean to give it to her. So I was thinking that this is the problem.
I don't know what strain they are, they seeds were from a bag I got. It wasn't exactly top grade.
I thought I should tell you, there is a typo in your quote at the bottom of your post, it should say "empty" not "emty" I thought you might want to change it because it will come up in all your posts.
