1. inhale slowly
2.keep inhaling
3.inhale more
4.inhale some more
5. keep inhaling
6. then when you cant inhale anymore...pass the joint and breath a little air into your lungs while the air is still in there.
7. make sure the air is inhaled deep into your lungs, not just your mouth.
8.hold it in some more.
9.when the joint is ready to come back to you, exhale.
10.HIT THAT SHIT AGAIN! return to step one.
