Holding in your hits has no benefits whatsoever. The THC is absorbed within the first 3 seconds, and after that your lungs are absorbing not-so-good shit.

I agree, except I think it's more like five seconds. Any extra high is probably oxygen deprivation coupled with placebo.

nah i just inhale twice, and exhale, and take some more pulls, and pass it around, and i get ripped everytime.... I've never smoked out of can, seems too crackish lol Just grab a blunt or a bong, and you'll get higher than you have before...

well even if it is placebo, what are we complaining? We feel higher so do it. if not dont. I like to hold my hits in a bit myself, then after the next person is toking or exhales, exhale myself. Just your style of smoking, everyones different.
