    Stabilizing Rockwool

I have heard you guys talk about curing your rockwool before use. I would like to know how that is done, the easiest method. I also would like to know were you can purchase the gel that you put on clones to help stimulate root growth. Thanks Bizzy

    Stabilizing Rockwool

Ive pre-soaked rockwool with pH adjusted water and 1/2 strength grow nutrient overnight. Our water is very alkaline like rockwool, used a pH downer.
    Worked a treat.
    others may have different methods?

soak rockwool in ph adjusted water. I wouldn't put nutes in them. They don't need it. You can't get root gel at any hydroponic store.
