so its getting real close to summer time and that meens skateboarding all day everyday....the one thing I absalutly hate though is how much I sweat.... its probably just me but I sweat soooo fucking much, I'll be like skating for half an hour and be like drenched. Anybody have any tips or anything on how to sweat less beside jumping in the lake. maybe if I do like a cardio workout once a night or something that would help???? what do you guys do to keep sweat free when its really hot out?

well, you want to sweat really, its your body's way of keeping you cool. You don't want to have too little sweat or else you may overheat.

I say once you get more conditioned, you will probably sweat less.

I always wear an undershirt to hide how much I sweat. That and anti-perspirant are my only suggestions. There are topical creams/ointments you can get at the doctor's office. Like Drysol and a couple others. These prevent you from sweating; they were designed for just your problem.

I skate evryday and I'm not fat at all, I think its a condition your born with that makes you sweat really easily though

Whatdya mean summers here!?!? I'm already gone through two days of 100+ weather...and that was last month! Damn I love Texas!!

Anyway, you don't really want to 'sweat less' b/c as mentioned, that is your bodies way of regulating your tempature. If you're too funky smelling, try a stronger anti-perspirant. Remember, deordarant just covers the odor while anti-perspirant helps to prevent the actual sweating. If you just don't like feeling 'wet', try some Shower 2 Shower powder. I use S2S all summer to cut down on sweat stains, works great.

Edit, yes, there is a condition that makes you sweat more than others. I have a mild case of it...can't remember the name.

ya i think there is some sweating condition you can be born with.
maybe your doctor could help you but i dont know.

Get one of those battery powered little fans and attach it to your hat. That should keep you cool.

you dont want kidney infection from sweating and never pissing.

who cares if you sweat, just means you are skating hard

ya whatever Im just gonna swim and stuff, its kinda weird though cause I dont sweat through my back or armpits or anything, its just my head, my pitys will be like totally fine but my hair will be all wet
