Dealing with the Heat so its getting real close to summer time and that meens skateboarding all day everyday....the one thing I absalutly hate though is how much I sweat.... its probably just me but I sweat soooo fucking much, I'll be like skating for half an hour and be like drenched. Anybody have any tips or anything on how to sweat less beside jumping in the lake. maybe if I do like a cardio workout once a night or something that would help???? what do you guys do to keep sweat free when its really hot out?
