JunkYard Reviewed by JunkYard on 05-18-2006. Any American Idol junkies on here? My mom watches it every week. So, inevitably, I hear it every week even if I don't watch it every week. I thought Kat was excellent this week. (I didn't like her last week; I thought she or Elliot should have lost, not Chris.) Her performance of "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" rendered me speechless. I voted for Taylor this week though. All of his performances were excellent too. And he got Paula to get up and dance with him to "Dancing in the Dark"! Hahaha. I think Elliot's time is up. Rating: 5

Oh come on. The "rocker" was voted off because real "rockers" have real "bands" they "sing" with. People that enjoy his style music aren't stupid and don't enjoy posers. It's like getting mad that Avril Lavigne was voted off.

If you want to listen to cookie cutter rock artists that sound REMARKABLY similar to Chris, try turning on your local Top-40 station.

im an AI junkie, watched the first season and this one though, the others fuck that

elliot had been my fav for awhile, so im sad to see him go. it sucks to see taylor go past paris, chris, and now elliott, which all of them are much more talented singers. taylors a really good singer, but c'mon, soul patrol aint that good. katherine has been one of my other picks to win, she has a beautiful voice, but she oversings sometimes, like in the somewhere over the rainbow. but she does have what it takes to be the winner, so i hope she does win.
