next, you want to stand up very fast; whilst standing up at the same time you want to breathe in as much as you can, very fast.

After you stand for 2 seconds.. dont let your hit out. but GRAB ahold of your neck or let someone else do it, and choke yourself... if you dont pass out, then you're left with a weird feeling..
