well the main idea is this ;

for about 10-15-however seconds you want, you want to breath in and out fast. untill a slight head rush ( lack of oxygen )

okay, hit the bowl slowly.. get a good sized hit in. DONT LET ANY OUT.

next, you want to stand up very fast; whilst standing up at the same time you want to breathe in as much as you can, very fast.

After you stand for 2 seconds.. dont let your hit out. but GRAB ahold of your neck or let someone else do it, and choke yourself... if you dont pass out, then you're left with a weird feeling..
