They're the new skinheads. They shave their heads, wear baseball caps on the back of there heads. They mug people and walk round shod areas of towns at night buzzing off cheap speed and looking for innocent people to beat up (often me).

The above is not a stereotype, it is a description, if they don't do those things or similar, they are not chavs.

It's not a class thing as they are as much of a problem for the respectable working classes as the middle classes, if not more as they coexist in the same space.
