I had never heard of battered women syndrome I am going to check it out.

I have been in violent relationships but never had anything broken they just pulled my hair,hit my head or grabbed my arms but the worst part was the verbal abuse and I think that does more long term damage then physical abuse.Some women like myself go on to feel like they deserved to be punished and after the relationship continue to beat themselves up both mentally and harm themselves physically when they feel they have done something wrong to someone.

You guys must think I am crazy after some of the posts I write but everything I write is the truth and after all the shit yes I am a little crazy but if I can save one persons sanity through telling my own fuck ups then I will post.

Her eye swelled up to the size of a tennis ball, and she had to get several stitches. I wanted to beat the guy to a pulp, but I did nothing! I guess because she keeps going back to him. (He's beat her on numerous occasions) Why do woman do stay with extemely violent men? I don't understand it! To tell you the truth, I'm on the verge of taking a baseball bat to this guys head. :mad: She's not a Rating: 5
