I used to smoke quite a bit for the past few years. I quit last August for a fire academy. When I graduated in December I smoked again. I then stayed away from weed for a few weeks to piss for a job. I passed. It was a test that you piss in this cup that has a temp guage on it and numbers and shit like that. They tell you the results after a few minutes. That was back in January.


I have been smoking again for the past 2 weeks. I have smoked for maybe a total of about 6 days out of the two weeks. Each time I smoke its like 5 or 6 hits off a joint. Last time I smoked was last night and i took 5 or 6 hits off a roach. I have a piss test this Friday. Here is what my plans are. Please tell me what you think:

Im 6'3" 205 lbs. Im not fat but have a little pudge around my waist from drinking probably...but im not "fat". The rest of my body is kind of toned. I plan on jogging/running 30 minutes each day Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to help get some THC metabolites or whatever they are out of my system. I will also drink lots of water this week. Gotorade too if you think its necessary. Friday when I wake up I will drink more water. About 2 hours before I go to the office I will take my GNC mega men multi-vitamins that are time released. They always make my picc very yellow if I dont drink enough water after taking them. About 45 minutes before walking into the office I will take more Vitamin B or B12, whichever makes your piss yellow when diluted (not sure how much, any suggestions?). I will try to piss a few times before I get into the office Friday. Now, im not sure if they will have me piss at the office or if they will send me to a lab down the street. I might find that type of info out wednesday when they call to say I got the job or not. What do you think?

Do you know if they are giving you a 3,5,7 or 9 panel Test? This may work on a 3 or 5 panel test,But on a 7 0r 9 panel it wont...7 and 9 panel tests also test for Adulterants...Too much water in your system,cover-ups ect.

I dont know what type of panel. If it is a 7 or 9...what options do I have to pass? I would rather not tape pee to my leg if I dont have to.

thats what i planned on doing..."drink water and take vitamins" to dilute the piss and add color
