I thought the people who sold big issue were meant to be homeless?

I thought so too, but not this guy! He was showing me pictures of his computer on his new(!) phone while he was standing there in the Big Issue "Working Not Begging" shirt with his magazines. *shrugs* Don't ask me what's going on there, I have no idea.
