is that it was merely a comparison: France and America
on what they would do, IN THE SAME CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!
not that America is "essentially bad"- although i do think that type of policy is bad
.. but was merely saying, France is not an "large" aggressor,
b/c other countries-like us- would do the same
