Dear Cannabis.com members,

I've recently made a desicion to stop smoking weed, at least for the moment. I've been toking like crazy for the last few months, so much so that my tolerance has gone through the roof. What used to last me a week, I now smoke in a night just to get a light buzz. So I've decided to take a break from weed. How long, I don't know. In addition to not toking anymore I've decided that posting here will only make things harder for me to quit so I will not be posting on this site for a while (mods: please don't close my account - I will be back!)

There are other reasons besides tolerance, most of them are personal issues but there are others like expense, commitments, life, etc. You know the deal - the usual shit you just can't seem to get out of. I will be concentrating on my bodybuilding, my martial arts and my sex-life, which has taken a huge dive for me

I can't say when I'll be back but I wish all you stoners and potheads out there the best of tokes. I will see you all again soon (hopefully not too soon).

1 month and your tolerence will be 0. you should try just smoking on weekends, whatever works though, best of luck.

Yeah you need breaks from smoking. I can never see me stopping smoking weed for good though.
