If you don't fuck around and don't let shit get out of hand, you really don't have nothing to worry about. It's when you say, "Damn that was so much better than reality, I don't wanna go back" is when the problems start. If you're gonna do it once fine, and after you do it, you're gonna wanna do it again, just don't. Not for a long time. Because if you do it again, you're probably gonna want to do it another time. And that's how it starts. Too many people use heroin as a cure for their problems, than as a recreational drug. And that's how addictions get started.
