Rain planting question
depends if the seeds have sprouted, if they havnt this is a good time, if there seedings wait till the 4th day then plants them. you dont want to have the roots exposed to too much water as they will rot

Rain planting question
Depends on the soil, though. I know someone who's planting a bunch of outdoor clones and he's trying to get them in during the rainy season so they're established before the dry months.
