Is it dying? Need help asap

I'll post more pictures tonight, but I slept all day today, and when I woke up, the leaves and stem weren't drooping, but the second set of true leaves, with three leaflets are now perky and everything, but are a little damaged/crisp at the end, from the damage. Other than that, it's looking alot better than it ever was. I hope it continues that way.
Also, for my seedling, it's 6 days old today, and it's only now starting it's second set of nodes. (after the first set of leaves). Is that normal for being 6 days old?

I'm sorry about the quality of the pictures not being really good, and no zoom ups. It's a brand new Kodak digital camera, but it's still not as good as some pictures users post... Anyway, the plant still doesn't like 100% healthy, or has made a full recovery or anything, but compared to how bad the leaves were drooping in the pictures above, and even compared to how the stem was EXTREMELY droopy in my original thread in the basic growing forum, it looks a lot better. Some of the leaves you can see are sticking straight out instead of drooping down. The first set of leaves are yellow, brown, and crispy. Is that normal? Also, one thing that I am really proud of, is how the stem is no longer as flimsy. The light is really bright, so you can't really see it that well, but you can see the little lamp directly over my seedlings, and the 75 watt flourecent light directly over the big plant. Well here are the pics... Oh, and Garden Knowm, sorry for the long post, but I talk alot... lol

Ditch the aluminum foil for sure!!! That can create burn points on plants. Go with either a painted white back drop or mylar.

    Have a good grow!

Well, the inside of my closet is flat white, would that work? I plan on getting some mylar whenever I get some CFLs... But, does my plant look better? What do you think Garden Knowm?

Flat white would work much better than tin foil, IMO - only because you don't risk the chance of hot spots and you can get the light reflected back on the plants more evenly <3

Well here's two more pictures. The first one is a little blurry, I'm just now getting used to my camera. The leaves aren't as droopy as they were yesterday or the day before. You can compare them, how does it look? Do you think it will survive? When should I start giving nutes? And when I give nutes, should I transplant my seedlings into a different pot? BTW, I'll include a pic of my seedling which is a week old today, and just developing it's second nodes.
