if you've gotten ketchup or mustard before then sometime u notice that have those weird plastic valves at the tip, and u have to squeeze like a bitch before it comes shooting out and ruining ur fav pants! just take two of those put it on a cheat glass or plastic bubbler and u got a waterpipe thats fucking leak proof! just make sure you dont inhale the water by tilting it back too far.

Sounds to me like that idea would just limit airflow through the water pipe, a highly undesireable effect.

Don't mean to burst your bubble but some companies already have built in check valves in their stems. Considering that you have to take air from the mouth piece, you'll have a hard time creating that effect.....if ya do, you DO have a money maker...GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!

why would it be hard? you would suck, here a small pop or two and then the smoke would come pouring in, cept u wouldnt have a carb unless u used some sort of airtight plug, see i think it was haze's dumb idea to turn the carb into a plug, he was just thinking a little ahead of his time, because now there could be a practical usefor it, just find a piece of plastic, thats shaped kinda like..........hmmm well it would be soft rubber so it would be air tight and then two little bumps on it:

dude im high as hell but i think this may work

have a few different chambers and blocking off each chamber is like a little piece of card board or some material

that has really fine poked holes in it in a couple spots so its hard for water to get threw

but smoke is easy pass threw it

and than since it takes awhile to pass threw it will be forever till its all over the floor
