Well, i never gave a shit about school, so i was a pothead, but i can do my job perfectly well and be stoned at the same time, so now im more of a stoner.

Me myself am a stoner which I believe is someone who smokes weed alot, but also makes moderate grades and dosent dedicate there whole lives to weed. A pothead on the other hand is someone who pretty much "stays high till the day they die." Someone who dosent care about school or the quality of there jobs.
