    Here's to 4 more years

The past four years have been some of the most disturbing in our history.
Before 911 G.W had already begun alienating the world by breaking the Kyoto treaty and the ABM treaty. After 911 we have pretty much assumed the position of most hated country on earth. We are by the standards of many becoming an evil empire.
Within our own borders our freedoms shrink(see PATRIOT ACT), as W and Dick rant on about Homeland security, people stand by and do nothing. Worse yet they wave their flag and act as if it were a football game.
But would a Kerry presidency help? If anything it would make things worse. We need a president that will shake things up.(Nader or Badnerik would be cool, but neither has chance. )That won't happen as long as we elect Democrats or Republicans in their current form. Clinton and Kerry each are new democrats, clearly playing within the rules of the establishment. That esablishment is moving to the right. (all the better to exploit you with)
The only hope for America is to reelect GW so we can see how foolish we have been. The war on terror will not be won until we have become a 1984 type one world goverment were the only terror will dished out by big brother. Why not let the people see this simple truth? Would they ever let it go that far? I'm not sure. I do know that after the Vietnam war the spectrum swung back to the left because people no longer had much faith in their government. Folks today are just convinced that GW is protecting them. That's just rednecked ignorance.
Does anybody think that that evil bastard isn't tickled pink that he was lucky enough to have 9-11 on his watch? Does anybody think if he could go back in time to stop it; he would?
This whole thing makes me sick. First Im going to Puke and then Im gonna get high. The only thing one can certainly improve in this shitty world is himself. Thank God for MAry Jane!

Get high first, it should help with your upset belly and keep ya from puking. It's always the same. The last 4 years has historicly been the worst. Either way ya look at it, the next 4 years will become the worst to someone somewhere.

Kyoto??? I am with bushy on that. I would have never signed it.

How does a liberterian solve the worlds environmental problems? If you can do without a treaty or a government Im with you. However, in the current global political-atmosphere how else do we save the world?
True Kyoto was a minor treaty that would have little effect. I brought up to demonstrate that GW is pissing off the world. And I think the prez needs a better job with diplomacy.

Well, actually I think people from all countries are walking around somewhat brainwashed. (Really! Huxley, Orwell or any number of literary figures going back to Plato have been beating this down our throats ad nausium for 2500 years)The problems with America are not just because Americans live there...Thats bullshit! Americans are not much differnt than people anywhere. The problem is we have all the big bombs so it becomes more important for the powers to be to shut down our facilities. And they do it more aggressively. Control the redneck vote and you control the world.
Meanwhile it has become fashionable for people in Europe to bash American people. In my travels through Thaliand I speak with them often. But for the most part all these people know is what they see on their local media...Just like AMerican people. If your country gets pushed around by Americas foreign policy apuratus, then it probably has an anti-american bias in its media. Im not saying that Americas government doesn't deserve those insults from media organizations....but people who learn everything from the media or from there friends who learn everything from the media or their parents are just marching to the beat of a different drum. Im not saying you are that way my friend, but I suggest you hang out with some Americans. And if you go line dancing don't expect any intellegent talk...
