well i got a switchable ballast mh to hps.... everywhere that i read it says that i should use MH for veg and hps for flowering...
been talking w/ some other people, and they told me that for the 1st week i really should use flourecscents, so that's why i went out and bought all those, but since yesterday when i started w/ the MH, in the day while i'm at work, and like now when i come home for lunch, i honestly can tell a difference in my plants, whereas the flourecscents couldnt...
they love that MH...
but to answer your question yeah i do plan on using the HPS but only during flowering..
damn 1000w gets HOTTT!! i got 2 big fans blowing air out of the room, and it's about 92-93F in there right now..
i need to build like a plywood, or even thinking about thick cardboard door that i can cut into, so i can hook up intake and outake fans..
going to buy one of the small a/c units here in a couple of weeks..
but yeah, eventually i definately plan on building a cabinet in some other part of the house, and dedicating that to nothing but females in a scrog.. ( can't wait for that, probobly after first harvest, take my clones, and start then! )

but some good news for me, MY OTHER SEEDLING POPPED UP ABOVE GROUND TODAY!!!
always makes me happy to know i have that much more possibility of great bud!
it's white widow too...

going to use some of that fish emulsion tonight.. in small amounts.

does anyone think that starting off my first 12 seeds in peat pellets, and then transplanting the pellets directly into another soil, may slow down the grow process?
for some reason i feel that my plants are a little behind schedule?

check out my new little lady....

PEACE!
