It's what is called "Price Gouging". They charge that much, because they can. The demand is high. People buying that magazine probably do not have clue about buying seeds online, or don't have access to the internet. Basically, they're preying off the ignorant.

It's what Marc Emery has been doing for over 10 years. Even after all the "In your face, sky is blue" kind of proof, people still stick up for this con.
Relic2279 Reviewed by Relic2279 on . who the hell are they trying to fool I just picked up a cannabis culture mag today. it was the first time I have seen it locally.. well I'm looking in the back at all the seed advertisements and there is one for "Up in smoke café". they are selling Nirvana seeds for $75.00 a pack.. DAMN I just payed $15.00 for the same seeds.. they better at least give you a reach~around for that price.. Did I miss some reason for their price to be that high?? Rating: 5
