what is so good about roor compared to any other piece? is it just the glass on glass, w/ the ice catcher?
that's the only difference i notice...
if you've ever smoked out of one, please let me know how it was, if it's worth spending an extra 280 bucks on?

dont' quote me on this as any of it can/may be wrong..but...
roor's are made of better quality materials and are more durable then a 50$ glass bong.
they are scientificly designed to give the best hit (whatever that means, it could mean best smoke-air ratio or something)

They're made of Durham-Schott glass (schott is German for pyrex, I believe). They're hard to break, and hit very strong.

They are German-engineered. The Germans engineer everything perfectly. Such is the Roor. It milks like a hormone-pumped dairy cow and clears faster than Superman flies. Seriously though, Roors are the shit.

Roor makes some nice bongs, but I'm not into the whole mass production thing. And my JBD hits nicer and harder than any Roor I've ever used (I've smoked out of 4 that I can remember).

they are nice and pyrex is good glass. but i cant see myself spending that much on a bong. i mean id love to have one but i dont have that kind of money to spend on a bong, i would rather spend all that on bud and smoke from my 50 dollar pyrex pipe. its good to support ur local glass blowers too and have something unique

I have germany blown glass tubes glass on glass and you dont have to spend 280.00 to get a nice setup either.Here is one you can check out and everything in all 4 pictures come with it at 230.00
