hey whats up everyone well everyone seems to be doing poetry, and i use to do it awhile ago last year when i was real depressed. so tonight when i was sittin around feeling really lonely i deciede to write some i dont know if its good or not but i will post, i know most ppl on here are better then me and i dont like all of these but some i really do like... anyways read on read on

the popular people stare as you go by
wishing one day you could be in their crowd
but deep down knowing it would be only one big lie
all the screams you make so loud
telling everyone how you want to live on through the strive
when really your life has always been one endless drive

life so motionless with your nose pirced(sp)
you think that you like so tough and fierce
the single life you have
seems like you should always be having a laugh
it starts to go with the fad
trying to pick up and start over everytime
but they all seem to be replaced to quick
and this time you really should just quit

this world and its hate
makes you feel like you are live bait
i reel my line in so fast
you seem like every race you come in last
you try to move your legs
but they seem to be tied down to pegs
this showing the bounadry between real and fake
i think we all should just go jump in a lake

one single gun shot fired
one more reason to be tired
one life lost so senseless
and a thousands cry for their lost princess

pretending you are fine
knowing everythings going to be alright
you think you can live your whole life running that straight line?
everyone always testing your might
only in the end your lose it all
but with your legs broken you still try to stand tall

every limb torn to pieces
every lil prep blowing kisses
the all seem to care
but really they just dont want to pay the fare
eating their steak with corn
well all you can do is look down and see your father mourn
he lost his wife to that man
the man who didnt like it when he wouldnt cook his eggs in a pan
the drugs take your mind over
but really all you need is a lover

you point your barrel down my face
i say "to your family you must disgrace"
you scream for my money
trying to steal this money like bees lose their honey
everyone in this world being stole from
we all need to be taught right from wrong
i empty my wallet and pockets
you run off and george bush looks for more rockets
the schools teach youngsters today
as much as i would learn in a single monday
funding down the drain
every lil brain screams with pain
thirsting for the knowledge
wishing their familys had enough to send them to college

the twin towers fall
well all the terriosts stand tall
one goal down a few to go
well i sit at home and try to be happy so i wont be so low
the fbi hides all the tapes
hoping no one really does see that rape
all the deaths spoken for
except for the one misguided soul who chose to avoid it all

you go to rock concerts to mosh
well i go to school only to yell frosh!
everyone seems so insecure
having to make fun of others just to be sure
that your not the only one
with pink and yellow hair

Kyle, keep writing, your poetry is excellent and sometimes the only way to escape your shitty surroundings is to go inside your head. Then, write it all down. It doesn't have to rhyme, it doesn't have to make sense to other ppl...just free up those thoughts and put them out there. And someday when you're an accomplished poet, go to your class reunion and say, "Bahahahaha, you fuckers!!!"
