actually he pays 1/2 the rent and 1/3 of the utilities. so i cant really do anything, but my mom is moving pretty soon, all the way to the other side of the continent. so she wont have to deal with him pretty soon, but i wish he would just say the shit that he says to my face, because then i could do something about it.

personally, I wouldn't do shit to him unless he hurts your mom or something like that. Anytime your mom is hurt, then I'd go after him.

Def. I agree. Tell him not to fuck with your mom as that is the most important thing. As far as him talking about you, confront him, intimidatingly. If blow comes to blow, then beat his ass.

Here's an idea... next time your selling to him, screw him over big time. That might give you guys an oppurtunity to "talk" face to face.

You know what? This is a brilliant strategy that gives you the upper hand.

Seriously, he may need a good beating just on principle, but I'm not a fan of that approach. Violence would just make the situation worse. Try talking to him.

It's up to your mom to make sure she's with someone who respects and treats her well, not really you. Ultimately, that's her job and she's the one who makes the choices about the quality of folks she brings around. Might be worth having a heart-to-heart talk with her before you do anything else.

Okay here is the deal, I'm pretty sure he has a super bad case of bi-polarism, like REALLY BAD.

Cause sometimes he'll come home with food and if theres even 1 thing wrong he'll flip the hell out and either storm back to where he got it and exchange it, or he might throw something, or he'll just bitch for like 20 min straight then give the food to me (which is awesome). One time I got a huge steak burrito because he took the burrito apart (stupid idea when its like the size of your head) and he got mad because all the ingredients were slopped together, idk wtf he wanted but he didn't like what he got and so he gave it to me (it was the best damn burro ive had in a while, musta cost like $8)

So im gonna keep my cool around him until he moves out. Then I wont have to deal with him that much, but I will still sell to him, as long as he's a paying customer then its fine.

verbal,mental or pysical abuse to my mom would result in a corps,i'd face the law after,and plead not guilty on the grounds that i was protecting my mom,
thats me however and ive lived most of my life already so finnishing off what i have left in a english jail would'nt bother me to much,you however sound quite young so this course of action might be a bit OTT,especially if you live in the USA where prison sentences can run into thousands of years,in the UK i'd probably server between 8 and 15 years for it,depending how sick i went about it.
